Well I would love to go tomorow, but first we are getting 2" of snow, then freezing rain and ice so I think tomorow is out. Serriously if I was taking a bike vacation this year I would love to get together and ride, but twins will be here end of July, so I don't think the love of my life would appreciate a bike vacation. But hopefully next year, by then we will be ready for a trip without any kiddos.

And yes thats the new scoot. I am trying to get more pics on here but it takes forever, and they don't turn out as good as I wish they woud, I will try though. Maybe my stepson's camera next week.

Thanks, so far I am impressed witht the quality, the welds are nice, it has the larger o-ring chain, every nut and bolt was factory torqued and maked with a sharpie, that alone impressed me. It has all kinda little things like a cam chain adjuster, steering lock, helmet lock, everything seems really decent. Had it up to 110kph and it had more to go, but I didn't want to run it harder since it isnt broke in. The top end is great, but not much torque at the bottom, but that could be changed with spockets I guess. The suspension and the seat are both stiff, wonder if that will break in also. The tires seem to be good, much better than the 70s-80s road and trails. When it is broke in I will whip on it and see what it can take. So far, so good I would give it a B+ till I get it in the dirt.

Hey Pobiker

Tom & I saw those bikes at The Dealer Expo. Didn't have a lot of time to check on them as they where looking for an Importer. We looked at some of these bikes that are not being imported yet but neither of us are looking to get into it that deep.

I think Odes Bikes used to be the importer. The Chinese company sent a copy of their EPA certificate, and it was marked as ODES Bikes, but Odes doesn't seem to be dealing in bikes anymore, so as you and Tom saw, the importer honors are up for grabs--PoBiker, how much capital do you have?...

I don't know if I have that much to be an importer. I would have to buy a whole container at a time, I wouldn't see these guys fronting someone small, seems they don't trust Americans much as it is. It would be profitable but a container would be a risk, I wouldn't mind being a dealer for them or a sole distributer, but an importer with them getting paid up front and me taking their risk for them, no way. Now if they would front me half that would be a little risk on their part also.

Bruce, is that the expo in Indy? I saw something the other day online about a motorcycle show there, if I would have found the info. a couple weeks ago I would have went. I have a feeling that is why I can't get hold of the rep. that I am dealing with. The 125cc was missing a sleeve and a bolt or bolts, that go through the rear shock mount, I can't finish it without it, and have no clue what it takes or I would fab something. There are needle bearings in a race inside.
