Clutch Cable Broke

My clutch cable broke and i now am looking for a new one, what have you guys been using for replacement ones?

I looked in the parts thread and saw that some use one from a cr100, is that right?

Also if anyone has a stocker for sale I'll take it.

Thanks

It's a good opportunity to upgrade to a hydraulic clutch. There's a cheap one flying around ebay (chinese made) for pit bikes, but with very little creativity you can use it on any bike. Actually there is a guy selling those with a 50" long braided line in gold or red anodized.

The link for the clutch is this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CNC-C...spagenameZWD1V
I really had to email the guy and verify if the clutch line was 50" long a week ago, and he's positive about it.
About the how to: well it'll have to wait. The hydraulic clutch upgrade is in my "want list" for the time my cable snaps (doesn't seem anytime soon, so maybe if I get some spare bucks I'll be doing it by the end of the month).
The only thing with this chinese made assembly is that the slave rod is a little too short for our bikes, so you will have to make a holder that places it nearer the clutch lever of the motor, that's all. You can make it out of a thin metal sheet (like it comes from the factory except larger) or simply make one out of sturdy wire.
Hope this helps.
