hey Troll

if your mechanically inclined , i'm not a good speller,
and have all the means to work on these scooters, there are lots of tricks
most are not cheap tho.

one cheap one is to cut open the muffler gut it out put it back together, (this is where you need a welder), once together try it out it will be louder.

look on e-bay for a uni filter, check the mm size of your carb, cost for the uni-filter ? 5 , 10, or $15's . and then dump the stock airbox that thing is robbing you of air anyway.

then get may 1 or 2 sizes bigger main jet depending on your elevation,
like the one in there is a 105mm , go up to a 110 or a 115, just using that as a figure of speach.

just doing that you should notice a pretty good jump in power, but nothing to write home about.

another trick is change the clutch spring , those are cheap just acouple a dollars ea.

if you want quick take offs then change the rollars in the variator, say you might have 10 gram or 12 gram rollers go up to 15, 16 or 18 gram rollers
these are less than buying a H.P. clutch or variator

remeber the heavier rollers will give you higher rpm's sounds at lower speed,
or just go here and read up on these idea's i've given you

www.oregonvintage.com

i could go on and on about this stuff

so hope you got it done already and this is old news to you

DD out

there is no replacement for displacement. Put on a 70 or 80cc big bore kit. Not cheap, unless you can do it yourself (still not too cheap). There is only so much a 50cc 4 stroke can do. Most Chinese scoots do not come regulated to 30mph like the name brand ones do. Air filter, jet, rollers, clutch springs, torque spring, exhuast, CDI, coil, spark plug will all help a little but there is a point of diminishing returns.
