Anybody put a Lifan Lycam together? Assume I need 2 people? Is assembly less than 2 hours. Venom sent email that mine is waiting on the truck to pick it up to be shipped.

You can do everything yourself, so long you have a carjack and leave the front wheel for last.
So long the bike starts, you can ride it off the crate under its own power.
It'll take more than 2 hours mounting. Probably closer to 12 hours, as you need to take off and loctite every bolt.

Yes. I took me about 3 hours by myself but was also taking video which didn't come out because for some reason my mic was muted.
