I'm so completely stoked! Just got back from the local Lifan dealers and popped down 2000 for a Lifan Lf250. I don't know if that's a really great deal or not, but I figure I don't have to mess with the assembly and they're taking care of my plates and registration so I guess it's worth the extra $ for that service. The only thing is I've never owned a motorcycle before, this is my first one so any suggestions as to maintenance or modification would be greatly appreciated. I can't wait to pick the thing up on Wednesday and take it for a spin. Life is good!

Before you TAKE IT FOR A RIDE.....

Have you thought about riding gear?
Have you looked at the bike prep thread?
Have you thought about taking a motorcycle course?
