Choice: Hawk DLX or Hawk Pro X with 300cc head
Although the correct answer might be KPX250...
If you could choose between a: Hawk DLX (stock, except for adjusted valves, better inner tubes, tires, etc) OR Hawk X-Pro (counterbalanced) and a 300cc head (with the usual fixes = exhaust, carb, adjusted valves) Which one and why? MEGADAN! I was hoping you would reply. Thanks again for your help in getting my Shineray 200cc bike running right. Finally got a carb (not the Nibbi = too big) that was right for it and the valves set spot on. Literally a one kick start bike now. Tops out at about 55 mph, but since I am tall and fat, that is pretty good! There is a used KPX250, tempting to say the least, but the price is within a handshake of new and winter will be here soon.
