Could it be possible the water is getting into the cdi, or some other electrical component which can cause the plug to not spark? I've ridden almost 200 miles in the past two days with no issues. Dry and sunny. I can almost guarantee if I soak the bike, it will bog out again.

Like I said previously, check the coil. Moisture would kill a CDI, so it's likely either in the coil, possibly the plug wire, or connectors. Also, as previously stated, check all the grounds you can find.

cdi SHOULD be potted but its possible its getting moisture in the plug. dielectric grease the hell out of it and see if it stops.

I can now say with 100% certainty that water is causing the bog, most likely because of something electric. Was riding all day today in the sun for about 3 hours, then out of nowhere, a severe thunderstorm hit and the bike bogged and died about 7 min later. Going to replace the plug, check the boot and grease everything up. Definitely a more minor issue than I initially thought.

I had a Ramcharger that would start bucking even in heavy fog. Ended up being a tiny crack in an aftermarket (read cheap) distributor cap.

Moisture can get into weird places.

I am currently having the issues but I have a clear fuel filter and noticed the color was very blurry like water was in the fuel I drained alot of the fuel out of the carb and petcock valve now the fuel filter is somewhat clear I believe water is getting inside of my gas cap after a rainy day

These are the same symptoms I had before I drilled out the airmix screw and enriched the mix. Different bike, but have you done this?
