i was looking at the same thing what replacement cdi is everyone running i seen they were pretty cheap and was going to order one as well just to have for a spare.

So I installed the nibbi 28fl and like you said we had some fitment issues so I reinstalled the pz30 carb and replaced the 105 main jet to the 115 jet slow jet/cold start jet is a 34 bike started and ran but under a load at wide open Throttle it would die I also changed the fuel filter and opened up the old one and there were black plastic shavings stuck in the filter

okay so today i changed the fuel filter and started rejetting the pz30 carb main jet was a 100 and slow jet was 34 after rejetting im at better standing now with a 115 main jet and a 34 main with a washer not shim under the needle i was able to ride it with out it stuttering really bad im going to do like you said and just run this setup for the first 200 miles i am going to go for a quick 30 min/ 1 hour ride and see how it does i also adjusted the bowl float even and put a new lithum battery in it now it starts and cranks very smootly i also have a a/f wide band coming in tommorow i might have installed next week
