BSR 250 trouble

I have a 2020 bsr 250 I am not getting any crank or spark with either the electric start or kick start. My bike does not have a kill switch. I am not sure what is going on any ideas?

Using a voltmeter, check your battery. 11.4 Volts with no load indicates a fully discharged lead/acid battery. Check your battery terminals. Make sure the bolts/nuts are tight. Clean off any corrosion.
