Gpx fse250e equivalent

Anyone know what the equivalent models are from the other suppliers? I have seen a few that look like it but as we all know it's super hard to really compare them on the websites. Not looking to replace the hawk that isn't even here yet but I saw them in my internet travels and I like the idea of one for more demanding trails but if I can find the same bikes for less it's always a good thing. LoL

Thanks

Tao Tao TBR7, love mine. 4800 miles no problems. Just think it looks better than a hawk.

I was thinking the templar x is about the closest right now to the FSE, I did look at the TBR7 but found a better deal on the hawk which I still think looks pretty good.

You are correct. The Hawk, Storm/Brozz, and TBR7 all have the 14hp 167FMM/FML pushrod CG clone engine (223-229cc). Dependable engine.

The GPX 250e has the ZS172FMM/FML 249cc overhead cam 19hp engine. Also, it has 18or19" rear tire, and 21" front tire, not the 17"/19" wheels/tires found on those CG clones. It is a completely different class of bike (enduro, not dual sport).

I own a Bashan Storm. My son took it over. That pushrod CG clone is certainly dependable, but so is the 249cc OHC 172-FMM. The extra 5 hp makes a massive difference!

Okay sweet, thanks. That's what I am looking for something with a little more edge for the more technical trails. Oh and the new hawks come with 21/18s at least that's what mine says it comes with we will find out soon hopefully.

Oh. You've ordered a Hawk. Well, the 14hp engine is very dependable. You will be happy. Yes, new Hawks have the full sized wheels.

Yeah the hawk is going to be a play bike, I want a templar x next for serious offroading.
