Hawk 250 stripped down
Has anyone ever stripped a Hawk down for dirt only ? Are there any other tanks and seats that will fit to make it look more like strictly a dirt bike ?

Just strip off the tank plastics, lights and indicators, and bolt a 2x4 painted black where the seat used to be.
You'll be all set!

I have some pics of a red Hawk someone on here stripped. Replaced the headlight with what appears to be a newer CRF front number plate, red seat cover, red fork boots, etc…. The bike looked fantastic, really considering doing one myself! I’d upload the pics I have, but it’s becoming a task I don’t have the energy to fight with……..

Why start with a $2000 bike and turn it into a $1000 bike?
Why not start with what you want in the first place and save $500 and have what it is supposed to be from the start? https://www.powersportsmax.com/produ...ducts_id/20549

@krat: I would assume they already have a Hawk, so it's probably more cost effective to use that.
