2022 Brozz 250 issue wheel/sprocket studs

I think I have an issue with the sprocket mounting studs. I'm noticing some clicking noise when I first start moving in first gear. It sounds like the chain is skipping or engaging the sprocket at an angle causing the sprocket to engage the sides of the chain. I think the sprocket is moving at an angle under torque.
Please note, the chain is adjusted to proper tension.
It appears that there is quite a bit of space between the wheel and the sprocket, exposing the studs.
I'm wondering if the bushings are seated to deep, sprocket out of tolerance, wheel out of tolerance, or a combination of all?

Is the rear sprocket flipped around the right way? Can't tell from the image but the rear sprocket has to go so the studs seat and lock* correct, which will effect chain alignment.

The studs will show a bit as its a 'floating' cush hub.

A thorough check with a tape measure revealed that my rear axle alignment marks on the swing arms were significantly off. Re-align your rear wheel by measuring from the center of the swing arm bolt to the center of the rear axle.
