Magician250 Tires

Hi everyone. I'm new to the chinariders.net forums. I have a magician250. Just wondering if anyone has put some decent road tires on their Magician. I understand that's not really the point of a dual sport but where I live the knobbys on our paved county roads really produce a crucial vibration. My magician is bone stock any advice would be appreciated

Any 50/50 dualsport should be a good improvement over knobbies on pavement.

My Magician came with dual sport tires. I have since changed the front to a knobby because I ride it mostly off road. If you've got the stock tires, you may need to balance your front wheel because mine had very little vibration on the paved roads.

Hi. I have a Magician as well. On mine it wasnt really the tires that caused the vibration. These bikes are quite buzzy. Mine smoothed out some after a while. You may want to change the gearing. I have a 17 tooth front sprocket that helped alot to keep the rpms down. Another user recently shared a way to order a custom rear sprocket. You could also try weighted handle grips.

I swapped mine for these.

When I bought them they were about $20 cheaper though. They were 64 and 61 at the time.

They did make a significant difference in my ride quality though. Less bumpy/vibration.
