Kavaki 190cc and 250cc Motorcycles

Anybody know much about Kavaki?
They are selling them on my local craigslist.
They resemble some KTMs.
Not really inexpensive:
190cc: $3,000.00 USD each - cash or cashier's check

250cc: $6,000.00 USD each - cash or cashier's check with pickup or shipping

I found their website but didn't learn a lot.

$6k?! Jesus. For $5200 (not including dealer fees) you can get a brand new Z400. Or 4800 bucks plus dealer fees the MT-03. Heck if you are hardcore stuck on wanting a Chinabike, for $5455 you could have a new CSC RZ3S... delivered to your house.

I could keep rolling on, but whomever priced those bikes is either on drugs or trying to find one hell of a sucker.

Looks to me like some individual speculator bought some and is trying to unload them at ridiculous prices on CL. Plus the fact that Kavaki markets pretty exclusively to third-world countries. Not confidence-inspiring. Where is their dealer network in the US? Who do you call for support? I would majorly steer clear of this even if the prices were reasonable.

They just link to an Alibaba page. Seeing as the minimum order is 20 bikes at $980 each, they figured there were gonna make their money back after a few bikes, and just make profit after. But... the picture they've posted is of a 200. I wouldn't trust them. That's used grom- new RC390 money for a worse bike.

I could get an RX4 or almost a 300 Versys for the price of the 250. That's quite a bargain for a 250.

Actually, They just posted in a lot of major cites starting from texas, and going west. For those prices, with no business attached to the phone number or no website, and just craigslist adds, It's definitely a scam.
