2021 hawk 250 (carb model) exhaust gasket pn#

We all have figured out the Honda exhaust gasket that fits the pipe at the head but if you are wondering what the flat gasket is between the two exhaust pipes, where the thumbscrew clamp is.... Cummins PN# 3949910 works well. The inside will have to be slightly trimmed with a Dremel or something. NO big deal.

The ID isn't completely round but it can be rounded out easily. Look at the attached picture to see what I mean.

Very helpful, thank you. I had purchased some gasket sheets at O'Reilly's, measured per the exhaust ID & OD, did a rough cut with tin snips, and then drilled holes in the middle for the ID, cut it with the snips, then smoothed that out with a Dremel. It's nice to have something that will require less work.

Same here. Exhaust gasket material works good.
