Chain Guide?
The rubber chain guide on the swingarm ripped off. It is not reusable.
Can I just leave it off or does it really need one? |

you can order one through CSC Motorcycles. TT250 uses the same one. Still off-centered though but after changing the sprockets it hasn't been an issue for my 2020 Hawk.

find you a 3d printer a nd make one. Tonynameless on youtube shared a file for it thats decent. Had a friend print me one and it fit with minor adjustment and I have over 1200 miles on it.

I've used the one for the TT250 on my Hawk for over 5,000 miles without problems. I just recently replaced it and am now running 17/40 sprockets and it looks good thus far after @ 1000 miles. I do clean and lube my chain at least once monthly, so that surely helps make it last longer as it has good lubrication.

Mine does not seem to be very effective as it is quite a bit off center.
A homemade one made of nylon or Teflon would last forever. |
