Here in the United States, some states require an EPA/DOT approval with an attached plate specifying that...the Hawk does not have this very important GOVERMENT approval...one that gives the Bashan BSR 250 an advantage...as 49 state legal.

TBR7 also has that same plate and is 49 state legal.
The Bashan looks nicer though. |
