new TBR7 missing a lot

recently order and just had my new tbr7 delivered. The shipping crate was damaged on arrival but no damage beyond scratches that I could see. Now that I have opened everything i realize I'm missing everything to put it together. I'm missing the handle bar caps, kick stand, battery, rear rack, assembly hardware, brake and shift leavers. i ordered this through amazon, the seller was moto pro. I have emailed them waiting on a replay (just did this today). My question is what else am I missing? thanks in advance for everyone's help.

I just received a Bashan recently and all the items you describe were in a separate box, included within the crate. Was the cardboard damaged enough somewhere that someone was able to steal it, if not. they just plum forgot to pack it when they (Taotao) put the crate together. The non-signed MCO was also in my box too. Best of Luck finding it! Also, I'm pretty sure the Amazon company is Powersportsmax.

I checked, that is the name on the MSO. I don't think someone stole it purposely, the back half of the wood on the bottom was missing, anything sitting on it would be gone. Good to know I'm looking for a box of stuff though

It's been awhile, but my battery came installed in th battery holder, but not connected (it was a sealed battery). The brake arm and misc hardware were in a separate box, and so was the handgaurd stuff.

Wow! I guess I got lucky. Mine was only missing the rear brake clevis, front brake hose retainer and a few bolts.

Mine was missing the rear brake clevis as well. Also came with two right front blinker mounts. My daughter's db10 was missing the rear shock bolt.

update: company said they would send me mirrors, a battery, and some bolts, also $170 to buy what im missing. Went on taotaopartsdirect.com and the parts I'm missing total $350 plus tax and shipping. To get this thing running i will need: Foot brake lever, shift lever, kick stand, handle bar caps, front wheel spacer.

Are there any parts that will work off another bike?

nothing like spending $2k and getting the shaft!

I would contact amazon and tell them you want a refund if motopro(powersportsmax) won't make it good on their end. You shouldn't have to come out of pocket on a new purchase especially if you paid a premium going through amazon.

on the amazon purchase page it says no refunds. I will still try this, I was just giving the seller the opportunity to make it right first before blasting them on this forum and calling amazon.

Hopefully you paid by credit card ,they will help more than anybody .Also ,just ask for an exchange if they won’t give you a refund ,dirty sellers hiding by tricks is not good for anybody ,sounds like one of Manny’s companies is selling on Amazon now .

The line of BS I am getting from the seller is “those parts are on back order”.
Meanwhile, I made the missing pieces.

I also bought through amazon thinking they would have by back. Leaving negative feedback is all the satisfaction you’ll get.

I didn't buy my Brozz through Amazon, and maybe I missed it, but I don't understand why you are not working through Amazon? They might say no refund. But they certainly don't say, cross your fingers and hope you get all the parts.

Anyway, good luck, sounds like a major stress creator.

John

^^^ Stewbrash is absolutely correct. Moto Pro IS PowerSportsMax. They have their own website. https://www.motopartsmax.com/ . Check out the address. They are the same.
