New Magician 250 tuning/maintenance advice

Hello! Just got a brand new magician 250, can't find a spec in the manual for chain tension or where to measure the slack from to check proper tension. Both sides of the rear wheel came set to 15 on the adjusters from the factory. Also I'm having trouble tuning the idle because the only instructions are to "hook up a tachometer and set it to 1 ,500 RPM after warming up the motor." Does anyone know an approximate amount of turns for the idle screw to tune it after the motor has warned up? Thanks!
