Gio (taotao) 125D

I just bought one of these and the customer service is awful and no assembly instructions. In one of the ziplock bags there was 4 smaller bolts and nylon insert nuts that held on the top rack and 2 larger bolts with no nuts and I have no idea where they go. Any ideas?

Pics of what you've built and what you have left would be helpful.

I had to find a youtube video when i assembled mine. If you want my personal opinion, if you're still in your warrantee window and eligible for returns send it back and spend the money on something you're not going to constantly have to work on

my $02. worth...

Any "restrictor" will be in the exhaust.

That "ball" on the intake is a hopeless airbox with only a useless screen over the carb's intake. It does NOTHING to protect your carb/engine from dirt. Take it off, measure the diameter of the carb's intake and get, at least, one of those cheapo cone shaped racy colored chromed filters to fit. (better, get a foam Uni filter)
There will be a hose in the airbox (to vent the crankcase back into the intake.) Whatever...

G'luck!

I think you are talking about the max throttle adjustment screw. It's on the handlebars beside the front brake lever.
