TBR7 carburetor

I just bought a new Tao Tao 250 engine to repower a 1982 XR200.it didn’t come with a carb ( which I wasn’t going to use anyway) but I need to know what size carburetor I need.
I have several stock XR carbs in 28 and 32mm,any recommendations on which one I should use ?.

At sea level, 115 main jet with the stock 20 pilot. Turn the fuel/air mixture screw out exactly 1.5 turns from fully tight seated.
