That's the aconcagua, it's has a very nice view, at the very base it is arid and it gets snowy around 13000 feet above sea level.
Here you can watch the arid part and how it gets snowy We can say anything we want about chinese enduros, that the paint is crappy, the solders were made by a drunk guy that they are not race worthy. But boy they are reliable and they take your destination (Slowly). |

The paint is easy! Any time I see rust on the frame, I blast it with carb cleaner, then hit it with gloss black spray paint. It takes about as long as shaking the rattle can! |

Both of my Lifan's (KPM200 and X-Pect) are excellent bikes so far. Not a single loose bolt anywhere (and they are all marked from the factory). Had a vibration with the X-Pect and it was the vent tube in the tank (super easy fix).
Venom and corporate Lifan support has been exceptional. Motocheese AND this forum helped make my decision to buy Chinese bikes over the name brands. So thanks to all of you. |

I'm 68 yoa and I hadn't ridden a moto since the 80's. I bought my Chinese Deathtrap(Magician) because it was the cheapest moto I could find that I could ride a highway to go play off road. I didn't know if I would have the coordination, strength, etc. to ride again after almost 40 years out of the saddle. This little bike has been great fun. I've ridden in just about all conditions, and it handles it great. I've ridden city streets, gravel roads, and off road in sand mud and rocks. The first time I went down in deep sand, it actually gave me more confidence. Even with these mostly street tires, if the rider is capable of the terrain so is the bike.

I don’t know how many miles it will last but I’m at 14,000 on my death trap. The only thing broken so far is the rear brake master cylinder and a rear wheel bearing at 12,000 miles. I’ve replaced the chain, front and rear sprockets etc due to wear a couple of times. About to start saving up for my 4th set of tires.
For the people comparing them to other brands keep in mind that the Honda 250 is $7,999.00 and NOT $1,300.00!!

Such huge death traps that I have ridden thousands of miles at highway speeds and so far have been uninjured.
How to not have a "death trap" for a motorcycle? Don't be a lazy turd.

I watched the poster's video link because I'm curious like that. Wanted to point out that you shouldn't flip your front sprocket around, they do float like that (Probably no so much but like a noisy valve better that than too tight) and it's the rubber piece on the angled frame that's crooked.
On my TBR7 the chain looks perfectly straight and the rubber guard is crooked. How are you guys fixing that or is it just me with that problem. Think I'm going to take the big screw off and push the rubber in more, then find a way to fasten it. |
