Vader 125-10 mikuni carb upgrade

so I put a mikuni knock off carb on my vader. Ive already put it on did the block off plate on the head removed the charcoal canister and it starts right up easy and idles great. So what do I do to the line that comes out of the gas tank that was attached to the charcoal canister? Do you use the port in the side of the new carb for anything?

On my Hellcat 125... I too removed my fuel vent canister, but have not decided what to do with the fuel tank vent line yet. For now it's just running down along the frame. I've never filled my tank to the brim... so I'm not sure if this vent would ever drip raw fuel or if it's baffled in the tank to only allow fumes out. On all my dirt bikes the vent is in the gas cap and a simple hose is routed up over the triple tree. I think once I put my plastics back on, I'll ziptie the vent hose as high as possible somewhere it can just vent.

Are you using the stock airbox? Does your Vader have a crankcase breather hose? I have one on my Hellcat still connected to my airbox... but am planning to go VM22 Mikuni and pod filter and will have same issue with this hose. I guess I'll just ziptie it off somewhere up high and let it breath. Or maybe fit a barb on the pod filter to connect it.

Cheers!

So I have removed the stock air box and am using a double like foam filter that came with the new carb...yes I have a crank case breather on my bike and I have a small pod style filter from advanced auto parts on that zip tied up in the frame...i have a small 110 atv that vents the gas tank out the cap and has a small breather thing on it im think about buying one of those and putting it on there I guess...I'd post pics but not sure how to do it

On my wife's bike I cut the hard pipe off the egr, and took it off and shoved a penny over the hole. Put the plate back on sandwiching the penny against head. It's a 1 cent block off plate. And it's sealed tight.

I cut the tube off the plate that was on the bike and used my harbot freight 99 bucks welder and just welded the hole closed
