Rhino 250 clutchless?
So my grandmother bought me and my wife 2 rhino 250s for our 8 year anniversary and so far they are awesome only problem we have ran into is my wife is having HUGE difficulty using the clutch and stalls out 95% of the time trying to take off. Has anybody done anything like the recluse autoclutch or something similar? Would be awesome if I could switch hers to semi auto or full auto she has the shifting down fine once she does get going but it's making her despise even riding and I dont want it to go to waste either because they are so much fun.

I know this isn't exactly what you are asking, but I'd try an 11 tooth front sprocket. This will gear her quad down, making it easier to take off, and she won't lose much top end speed. I noticed a huge difference gearing mine down, it'll take off with a lot less throttle input.

bump the idle up a hair to give her a bit more time to react. Try adjusting the cable to have a bit more slack so it has a bit of travel before engaging, might help.
I don't think rekluse offers anything that would work. IF someone could find what, if any clutch parts cross over to a Japanese bike there could be a chance.

Rekluse won't work, you have to remove too many clutch plates to make it work, and then the clutch torque capacity is shot.

I don't understand why Taotao gears the Rhino so tall. Does anyone really want to go 50+ mph? My preference is about a 3.33/1 ratio which will cruise along nicely at 30 to 35 mph and have a first gear low enough to start out on a very steep hill without slipping the clutch.
