Hawk rps legal in Houston.

Hello I'm looking into purchasing my first bike, and I'm looking for some info. This being my first bike I don't wanna spend alot of money on it. After doing some research the hawk rps looks like the bike for me. My only concern is will it pass inspection in Houston texas? I know cars have emissions test they have to pass, but do motorcycles? Thanks for any input given.

There are quiet a few Hawk owners on this forum from Texas. I don't think you will have any issues registering it. So I'll let those guys fill you in on what is needed.
