Viper 150 rear wheel install issue.

Finally got all the parts to peice together the scooter.
Only issue is the rear wheel will not fit on the swing arm correctly. The brake rotor looks to be hitting the caliper bracket stop and then the sproket is hitting the swing arm
Any suggestions?

Could we see both sides of the axle, please? I'm thinking there is a spacer on the brake-side that belongs on the sprocket-side...either that or you have an inset hub-spacer sprocket-side that is missing/lost from disassembly.

Those are parts from different bikes...none of that goes together.

To make that disc work with that swingarm, you'd need to grind of that guide tab and weld a new one one far forward for a caliper guide. It is obvious that the swingarm in question was designed for a drum ("caliper stop" is a drum plate stop, no brake line guide bolt points, etc.).

Even then, you'll need to cut custom spacers for both sides. You may be better off finding a different swingarm that matches whatever model the wheel came from.

Any sugestions on what this bike may be.
I beleive it to be a viper or baja 150.
Thats based on the plastics handle bar, handle bar controls and using the specs online.
