Brand new TT Rhino having idle issues

Just put my Rhino 250 together on Friday. Seems to run okay. But on a warm engine the thing wants to rev up considerably and sorta wander up and down. I adjusted the idle screw, and it doesn’t seem to be moving. But the problem persists. I was already going to buy a carburetor from WGS with air filter. But just for the learning experience, can anyone point me in the right direction on how I can play with this thing? I’ve never worked on carburetors or engines. I bought these things to learn.

You'll want to remove the plug covering the mixture screw. There are probably videos on line on how to do it. You'll also want to slot the float bowl screws so you can remove it for cleaning or jet replacement.

Save yourself the time and headache and replace the stock carb it is crap.... I opened cleaned and try different jets nothing was working. Replaced it with this and it will start at -10 f or 60 degrees not problem.

And a new airfilter. Now mine came with a 40 in it and i swapped it to 30 but the one in the repair kit is unstamped but the hole looks to be the same as the 30 so you might not need the 3rd item on the list. Replace with ngk plug...drop front sprocket down in size and run with it my friend.
