Never seen this bike in China.
Doesn't seem to be like anything else common either

There’s a blog where some guy rode one across Central and South America. The wheels, rack, suspension, clutch etc all had to be replaced by journeys end but he was taking it through some real jungle 7 days a week.

That bike has a swingarm that looks suspiciously like my 2006 Rocketa (shineray) DB-06 which was a clone ( or coming out the back door of the factory) of an early 2000’s Beta Alp. I bet there’s a connection. It was a nice swingarm tho, considering all the crappy box steel ones China typically makes.

I saw the name 'Motormax 250' on the side of the bike; on the EPA/DOT certificate for 2019, they list one Motormax 250 among others:

BMS 250 CRP, BROZZ 250, BSR 250, CR250, MOTOMAX 250, Razer 250, SHARK 250, STORM 250

This is actually kind of exciting; usually manufacturers have a whole list of bike models on their EPA/DOT certificate that we would never get, but looking at the list, and now including the Will/Motomax 250, the only bike that has not emerged is the Razer 250. There is no Shark 250, either, unless Peace or the distributor who distributes the BSR 250 and Storm 250 brings it in.
