Have you gone through the bike to make sure the bolts are tight? I have three china atvs, A bull 200, Apollo Commander, and a coolster 125. The Tao Bull 200 does have a noticable vibration, compared to the smaller ATV's. The Apollo Commander is the Cadillac of the three.

Yes everything is tight and the chain is adjusted properly and the sprockets are lined up straight but this thing just vibrates like crazy to the point to where mine and my daughters feet and hands go numb after riding it for five minutes

Try checking the valve clearances.

I checked the valve lashes they were perfect this thing vibrates so much that we can’t live with that my daughter doesn’t even want to ride it the manufacturer says that I have to take it to a shop and they have to tell me which part internally is wrong and they will mail me that part but by the time I pay a shop To tear into this engine it be cheaper to buy a whole new one off eBay.

Does it vibrate real bad in neutral when you rev it? Have you put it up on jack stands to verify that the axle is not bent, and that the wheels/tires are straight?

Check all the areas where the engine mounts to the chassis to make sure nothing is loose or broke.
