The service manual resides in these forums, start at the beginning and read on...

It is a good question though... Do the dealers have any sort of service texts on these?

The answer is.....Nope. We have been asking for them for a while now, there are some out there but your best bet is a Clymer Manual for the older XR/XL200 it will cover most of the service you will need to do.

My Roketa came with a very basic manual that spells out specs like sparkplug type, valve clearance, oil type, etc. It goes over basic maintenance like adjusting the chain and clutch, but you couldn't do much beyond that with it. It also came with a separate assembly manual with great pictures but worthless directions, in broken English.

Just an update, I downloaded a full service manual for an xr200-400 so if anyone would like a copy just send me a PM and I can try and email it to you, it's a pretty big file...

EDIT: The manual I downloaded is for XR250-400...

One option is to upload the file to a file sharing site (like this one - http://www.box.net/ ) and then post the link to the online file.

Edit: I didn't look until after I posted, but the site I linked above isn't free (after 14 days). There are others which are free, like 4shared.com.

Ok here is a manual. I hate when people give me a project, I have enough of my own. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/GY125-GY150-GY...QQcmdZViewItem

Also, you might want to think about buying one of these is you have the pushrod motor. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...244091981&rd=1

The CG125 motor is the same as pushrod, minus the displacement. If you want good honda parts, just buy GC parts.
