Oil flowback on hawk/magician engine?

I wanted to make a dedicated thread for this. Can someone explain the oil flowback on the RPS engine? I know there is a o-ring between the cylinder and head that I guess keeps the oil pumped up to the sprayers above the valve adjusters from going in to the piston by the head gasket but I never seen the rest of the system.

flow back !!!... it returns to the crank case by running
down the push rod holes or cam chain tunnel..

not sure if that was what you were asking or not..?

Pull the engine down and all that knowledge will reveal it self.
Kinda basic and yeah loads of space to let the oil flow down the push rod area.
the O ring you mentioned it the oil passage on the pressure side to feed the oil to the top end.

If you can find a factory service manual for a Honda CG 125 there is an oil flow diagram.

I took these two weekends ago. Yeah I see how it pumps through this cast vein up to the adjuster sprayers and gravity feeds back through the pushrod holes on the other side. I eliminated it as a cause of oil getting in the combustion and coming out the exhaust by checking it and putting a new seal in. I'm in the process of getting a new cylinder now since I already put a new head and head-gasket on..

Cylinder and piston should be a matched set, they should have the correct clearances etc and new rings

Then the whole connecting rod will be blue not just the center, that got hot. How lean was the mixture?

It's shot peaned or mass finnished after machineing, no color. This is different.

if its getting oil in the combustion chamber it will smoke like a freight train. id check specs on the barrel and piston and rings befor ordering new ones to make sure this is a problem.
