Saddle Bags -

There are a few options I have going or thinking about. I have some regular stock ones which I already have. Then I was considering ways in which to get them so they don't sag. I have (2) ways I am working on. Once I know or have figured out the way to make it work, I will post more here.

The second way - well, we will just stick with the first way for now. Not ready to say the second way yet.

Not sure what the specs are, but my guess is that Honda 41241-307-010 would be a match. It's from a 1980 XR200 / XL185S. Bike Bandit has 'em.

Is it a programmable CDI or simply a black box? If it is just a black box, it's important to find one that is identical, or you're likely facing AC vs. DC. Got pics?

There's a thread going on here about the Bashan rectifier;

http://chinariders.net/showthread.php?t=21944

I wonder if you could post a picture of your rectifier and plug to see if it matches the one on his bike? It looks like the engines match. Do happen to know what it says for your engine id? It's embossed behind the gear shift, right by the oil screen cover.
