Refurbished bike?

I was browsing online and noticed one of the more reputable places has a bike that's assembled and is 400 less including shipping. How many others have done this. I'm waiting for a reply as to what was wrong with it and mileage on bike.

More than likely they were damaged in shipping or returned and the replaced damaged parts or repaired whatever was wrong with them. The key word is "Reputable". These are probably dealers that have an actually brick and motor shop that can do repairs.

I said reputable only cause I've read a few people on here suggest them
