Update on the oil cooler. Yesterday I added a second oil cooler thanks to Megadan for sending his extra cooler he had. I had to notch the 1/8" x 1" aluminum angle to clear the header pipe. Also had to relocate the horn. It was a tight fit but got it all to fit. Now I have a matching set. just about the time I got it all finished it started to rain so no road test. Should have some good riding weather today.

Did you end up cutting the factory horn mount tab off the down tube?

No i left it on. It didn't interfere with the angle or cooler. I mounted the horn to the cooler. I had to extend the wires though.

That was exactly the area I had contemplated putting the horn. It was either that, or between the two coolers on the downtube.

Hopefully the extra hoses actually came in handy. Did you end up cutting one down to link the coolers together?

The connectors are different sizes on each end of the hose so I had to rob a connector off one hose and cut one hose to make shorter. Thanks again. I did get a chance to take a long ride Sunday morning but it got too windy. Roads were still damp from the rain and I was getting pushed around by gust of wind so I kept to the back roads and just cruised around at 45 to 50 mph till about noon. I was hoping for the winds to die down after lunch to go for another ride but that never happen. I really need to tune the carb a little. It may be time to upgrade the carb. I think my pilot jet may be a tad too small now. 120 Main jet was running a little lean but I think the 125 may be too rich. I didn't get to try it. Anyway I was happy just getting some ride time in.

The constant weather fluctuations at this time of the year make it hard to really dial in a carb too. Thinking of switching to the "Mikuni" clone?

We are back to our typical warm, humid and muggy weather. It would of been a good day to tune it. The wind was not cooperating. It was a little to dangerous to do any high speed testing and tuning. If I can't get the stock carb dialed in I'll get Mikuni Clone. There's has to be a better way of adjusting the idle mixture without having to pull the carb off. I think it may be a little off too. I don't know when I'll have time because the next few weeks are going to be busy. The fabricator emailed me this morning that the skid plates are ready to be picked up (don't know why he didn't let me know on Friday they were ready), It's Mardi Gras time and I'm booked up for the next two weekends and Mardi Gras day DJing on a few parade floats. Way too many irons in the fire.

Not a cheap option, but very handy for carbs that have the idle mixture in this location (Honda...)
https://www.amazon.com/Motion-Pro-08...35JBN74AYYGGNT

You may or may not have to file the tip down to a size that will work with this carbs mixture screw slot,

They have an even more expensive one that uses hex bits and fits in even tighter areas. https://www.amazon.com/Motion-Pro-08...9S41KNHW1M72ZQ

At almost $70 though...

I may have to get the less expensive version but looks like that's the ticket. Now the idle screw on my 200x stuck out far enough that all I had to do was slip a piece of vacuum hose or small fuel line over the end of the screw and used it like an extension. I do the same with my weed eater and chainsaw carbs.
So much easier than trying to adjust with a screwdriver with a little motor that's vibrating all over the place. I looked at getting one like this. https://www.amazon.com/Racing-Produc...1031XH735454HC

I'll be on the float watching all crazy people. You do see some crazy stuff on the parade routes. I'll have the camera rolling to whole route.

Exhaust clamp. Or are you talking about the horn? I had t relocate it due to the having to make room for the second cooler.
