Where to purchase new rear brake pedal?
Mine bent in half. Might be able to bend it back, but fearing it might break when I do that. 360 power sports does not carry them.
Thanks! |

Try RPS (Ricky's Power Service, the importer). Also read back aways on Hawk Talk, where I describe how to prevent this occurance...ARH

You can also fish plate it if you bend it straight. If you've got a propane torch, you can braze it to the brake lever over where it bent. Brazing is like soldering, only much stronger, and at a higher heat. But it works on the same principal. Clean metal, apply flux, and heat the thicker metal with the torch. Don't heat the rod. When you have it hot enough, the braze will flow into the join. Keep applying the bronze until it won't take any more. It flows through the joint by capillary action....ARH
