Lifan opinions LF200GY5

I am looking for opinions on the Lifan enduro bike. I am thinking of becoming a dealer in Western Pennsylvania and would like to hear what you all think of their product. Thanks for your time. Are they better than the other Chinese brands, etc?

Whaty is a UM?

I received a response from one, and I don't mean to sound naive, but what is a UM?

OH UM United Motors and I plan to go look at one today just to see what all the HubBub is about.

Others that have seen and rode one say they are very nice and a local dealer to me has them for $1995 (07 UM-DTF200)

I dont really plan to buy one but you never know.If it is really nice I may want to pick one up at a future date but I'm really leaning hard towards a drz400s but in any event I wont be buying anything new this year unless I hit the lotto.

UM are looking for dealers, too. Very good bike from what I have seen in person, but very expensive for a Chinese bike (the dealer claims its a Korean bike, but it says "Skyteam" and "made in China" on the frame).
The street bikes of UM are rebadged Hyosungs painted differently.

A. Lifan would be a good "meat and potatoes" brand to carry to compete with locals comparing buying online vs. brick and mortar; just don't screw around with the customer like 'Zapkin's' experience with his A. Lifan--if it's broke--it's broke=fix it!
