Pulled the trigger today on a 2016 CSC TT250 that has 100 miles on it only eight miles down the road from us. Going to pick it up in the next hour.

1800.00 I think it was fair, plus I still get 6 months warranty on it from CSC since it was only originally purchased a couple of months ago.

Definitely a fair price. Let me know how you like it? I'm looking at that or the Bashan Brozz!

go it home and took care of a few things :

adjusted (and aligned) the chain
raised the forks and let out some preload to lower it overall
backed out the rebound damping on the forks as it was way to high.

Only issue I have is the front rotor is warped. Hopefully they will replace under warranty. If not its only 40$ for a new one (crazy cheap!)

I assume like most other bikes it makes sense to dump the oil at 500 mile and replace as a break-in procedure.

We were going to get the Brozz when this popped up on the local craigslist.

Just curios why did the previous owner want to part with her after only 100 miles? Yeah change the oil at 500 miles, if not a bit sooner.

FYI: the odometer may be in kilometers and not miles unless its been replaced (800 km = 500 mi) even though the speedometer still reads miles. Not sure how to test this without traveling a known distance and comparing the odometer reading. I'm in Canada so I have no desire to replace my wacky odometer. Maybe those who have replaced it might know of a easy way to identify which odometer it has.

The previous owner developed RA recently and found that it was getting painful for him to ride. He ended up getting a 4-wheeler. I hate for him as he and his wife both ride and have done the the TAT. And yes, the ODO maybe incorrect as I noticed the "miles" seem to rack up rather quickly.

Just got done modifying the seat, adjust the chain (wheel was thrusting to the left), raised the fork tubes, and let some preload out of the rear. Bikes is perfect now for my wife's 30" inseam. She just took it for a short ride to check it out.

First photo below shows the original seat and the last one is after I cut it down. Used an electric carving knife to cut and a sanding block to smooth it a bit. Doesn't look perfectly smooth but doesn't really matter

Congrats!...and you got the fastest color, by far!
Rotor: Odds are, it's just filthy and now there's a little mung on the pad surfaces. Many of these came with goo on the rotors and they gave people some fits at first. I cleaned ours really well with some strong cleaner out-of-crate and never had an issue once it was seated. I'd try a good cleaning and then go seat the pads and see how it goes.
Also, if you haven't already, change the oil. It's only about a quart. The TT's are supposed to come with decent oil but............
