Bashan Enforcer 250 Build Video!

Well...after several takes and lots of technical difficulties with my internet and Youtube, I've finally uploaded my Enforcer build video. I didn't have a video camera filming me, and I wasn't great about taking pics as I was building...so this is the best I can do post hoc.

Here is the video:

I was going to say the same thing...This will help a lot of people and help sell a lot more Enforcers. for taking the time to make it. I'll bet it took as long to make as it did to put your new ride together! AND you did a great job on both! I haven't watched the entire video yet, but i will! Probably a few times!!

Thanks. I noticed a few parts in the video that I'd like to add commentary. I will try to add a few additional points.

They go on sale at Harbor Freight quite regularly or you can use a 20% or 25% off coupon. I got mine at the sale price of $69.99 about four years ago.

Here's my blog post about it.

To help out, there is a Harbor Freight coupon data base maintained by a member of another forum I frequent. I'll post info to that too.

Most stores will accept a photo of a coupon.

New helpful notes added to throughout the video.

Youtube says the notes are only visible with viewing with a computer. They will not show up when viewing from a smart phone.

PS did you also notice the enforcer does not have the kick stand switch that has caused a lot of problems with starting..

The sight glass for the oil made me wonder. Like you noted, check this one when it is upright. Good video and the bike is a beauty.

Hey. I checked online but have not bought anything yet. There is a bike dealer in Omaha, NE that sells hawks and parts. I might give them a call tomorrow and see if they can get me the brake line. I agree with you that I would rather have the braided line.

Oh, and I didn't notice the kick stand thing. I am actually not sure what you're referring to...What was the problem? Please let me know. Thanks,

I think e17 is generaly refering to the bike's that are equipped with the stand safety switches. I don't think the enforcer has one nor do really any of these chepo china bikes.

By the way, what is that bit of hardware that is on the base of the kickstand. What is its function. I see it on the demo photos.

the brake line should have a plastic grommet that is fairly tight to the line on it. the grommet fits in the metal holder that is bolted to the fork. thats what keeps it out of the tire. maybe the enforcer doesnt have that?????
