A couple things that may help.
The fake dual exhaust isn't connected, because the real exhaust travels with the engine and suspension on the rear suspension/engine frame. At least that's from my understanding. The rear suspension may be to soft and hitting the bottom of the shock stroke to soon. There's a rubber bumper/stopper for the shock, either internally or externally on the shock shaft. The rough ride may be due to the suspension riding near the bottom of the shock's stroke.I would check and see where the shock is in it's stroke, with the rider sitting on the bike.It should be just above the center of it's stroke. If the steering feels heavy or difficult, and the head bearings aren't binding, play with the front tire air pressures. That really affects a trikes steering feel. Most trike owners tell me they max out the air pressure, to get the lightest feel possible. You may already know these things, but it may help someone else that finds this thread. |
