Anyone see the Janus bikes?
Lifan powered and kind of pricey. Cool looking though.

Look like nice bikes! I remember when Skyteam were supposed to bring in the 'Ace Cafe Racer' in 125cc form which we never got, and as it has stated 'EPA pending' for a few years now, my guess we will NEVER see it. Then, some fashion designer type from L.A. was going to bring in a 250cc (223cc) version of the Skyteam bike--never happened, either! Hopefully Janus have some money to get these certified and actually for sale?! They were not on the 2016 EPA/DOT' list, however, so if they get certified, will probably show on the 2017 'list.'
The interesting thing to note is that in theory, these guys are doing what Cleveland Cycle Werks could not do-get US manufactured, classically-styled bikes, on the road. CCW should have looked into it more, and used the Chinese engine, just as these guys are planning to do. CCW used to use Lifan OEM'd engines, and now use a Qingqi-sourced engine (if not the whole bike).

I agree completely. And $700 shipping? Powerful 250cc engine is stretching it too.
