New in Arizona
Howdy all !.. from the dry Arizona desert I've been enjoying all the China Riders informative posts for a short while, gathering information and new found knowledge..I've got a new notebook started to copy down all the great info pertaining to the Hawk 250 dual sport bike. And I couldn't take it any more and had to pull the trigger on a black Hawk from Q9 MS...It was delivered today, and I am way too excited, black rims and all. But a deal is a deal, wife said I gotta finish our tax return this weekend before I get to assemble and prep the Hawk...scramble scramble. Looking forward to sharing adventures and pics.
Did somebody say this is going to be addictive and way too much fun !!

Oh wait, what's that truck . I have had more fun looking at all these pictures with these bundles of Joy coming to people's houses. BLACK HAWK I like the sound of that.
Well there goes this year's taxes, screwed up. Turbo tax is waiting for me as well. Welcome to the party CQARIZONA !

Welcome to here! Where in this forsaken state do you reside? I feel a AZ state Chinabike roundup one of these months (realistically next October or November seeing as the heat is coming)

Thanks for the welcomes ...Looking forward to my first China bike experience, with some off road adventuring. Yes, before it gets too unbearably hot out there... this desert will get ya quickly on a 110 plus deg day... How does one "hydrate" a Hawk 250 ?...CQ..near Cave Creek, AZ

I would look into installing an oil cooler at the temps you will be riding at

and of course, idling is the enemy of any air cooled engine.
maybe get mrs. cqarizona involved, however, i know this tech stuff does bore the fairer sex. just put the miles on that bike for it's break in period, that way its completed before the heat assault.

..blackbike...Wanted to let ya know Turbo Tax came thru again this year, so its out in the garage to work on the black hawk ..always a relief...haha.....now where will the burrito tubes go ?
