Very nice, 3banger! I would have bought the LFX18A1BS12 again, but the LFX19A4-BS12 was on sale for almost the same price and it has a little more power.

Is there a such thing as a lighter, better AGM style battery if the Shorai's aren't such great ideas? I'd rather have a great one in a bike that has no kickstart

I like the Motocross batteries. These AGM batteries are manufactured by Yuasu, in Japan, but are rebadged as Motocross, and sold in the United States for a lower price.

Thanks for sharing that information. It's good your battery has the correct size to fill the battery tray, otherwise it might shift without extra padding. How much did the battery cost?

The stock battery is YTZ12S. Any battery with that dimensions will fill the battery tray properly.

Weighs less than 3lbs.
I think with Prime, it's $120 but at BikeBandit it's $158 http://www.bikebandit.com/aftermarke...-hjtz14s-fp-il |
