I got an email yesterday from Steve. My RX3 is was pulled in customs for inspections with the rest of the bikes they were expecting to have since Feb 21. You can't do anything at this point. You have no choice but to wait for customs. They have nothing else to report at this time. Their customer service has been excellent in my book and comparable to that of RevZilla. If there was news to share, I'm sure the CSC team would update folks, as they did yesterday with the customs issue. They are very transparent and there is a lot to say about that. I look forward to my bike, whether it shows up this month or next month. I plan on enjoying every minute of my time with it once it does arrive. Cheers!

That seems to be going on lately. Excalibur Motorsports had an issue with two containers of TGB Scooters from Taiwan last July. They are finally getting their bikes next month!

Thanks VW
You can thank Volkswagen for the delay through customs. Since they, VW, tinkered and cheated with pollutant levels on their vehicles, customs is more closely checking vehicles for pollutant levels. So things will probably be slow for quite a spell.
