Maui gets an RX3

I have been reading this forum and others regarding the RX3 for awhile and yesterday sealed the deal on a white (the Ballistic Blue were sold out) RX3. It sets sail Dec. 23 and should be on island a couple weeks later. It will become my daily commuter bike while my Bandit 1250 waits impatiently for road time. I anticipate the RX3 will be a great commuter as well as other adventures on Maui.

Welcome to these forums, and congratulations on the purchase of your white RX3. We eagerly awaits photos of your new bike in its native habitat.

Congratulations Mikey.

I think you will find the will have orchids sprouting on it after you get the RX3. No ka oi, in my opinion.

Thanks Spud for the welcome. And thanks for all the effort you put into this site.
I've had the privilege of riding through your state a few times. My buddies and I rode the Magruder Corridor last August. We were the last ones through before they closed it due to fire. LOTS of smoke, but a great ride anyway. I keep a Transalp in Spokane (where my riding buddy lives) for such adventures. He ordered an RX3 the same day that I did and we have vowed to do Magruder again in better conditions. Keep an eye out for a red one next summer.

Mahalo Jay. A no ka oi bike on a no ka oi island. I like the sound of that! Not so sure about the orchids though.
