Thanks. It's been a fun project.
Update on the petcock. I turned it to "on" today and it started leaking everywhere. Swapped back to original one for now to be able to ride Dave |

Pull it apart and make sure it was assembled properly. I just bought one that had the main and reserve tubes reversed, so I switched 'em. Maybe the seal in yours isn't positioned correctly.

Don't think I'll bother. Might order another one. But I'll run the original one again for now.

Update
![]() On the weekend I dropped the bike off at a buddy's and he did some work to it for me Original exhaust. ![]() I've wanted thus changed for a while. But I don't have any bits and pieces accumulated yet lol My buddy has bike parts laying around and a few parts bikes ect. So he aid he'd see what he could do. ![]() I think the mufflers off an older rm250 and the midpipe is a handle bar. Looks like it fits very well. I have yet to see it in person. He also trimmed up the front fender Looks much better ![]() I can't wait to pick it up lol. I'll probably go get it at lunch tommarow He sent me a video of it running here It sounds awesome lol. It's always had a broken header stud. He fixed that aswell Dave |

Dude, recover that seat for your lovely wife!
Epic win on using handlebars for exhaust tubing! The bike sounds good with that new muffler. A little paint, and that exhaust system will almost look factory.
