I'm sorry to hear of the DOA bulb.

My LED bulb is working great! I can actually see at night, and no longer fear overriding my headlight. My LED headlight also comforted me two nights ago as I was descending a rutted fire road in the dimming twilight.

I love this LED bulb. I am much more visible to motorists during daylight, and the bulb superbly illuminates the road at night.

I apologize for taking so long, but here is my Motoled LED Bulb, and yes it is a big difference, I believe this is the most efficient headlight bulb i have ever tried

Thanks for posting the update, Lucien. I knew you would love the LED bulb. As long as it fits in the headlight shroud, I can't see how anyone would not love this bulb.

Lucien, do you have another LED light mounted above the headlight?

BTW, I like your carbon fiber hand guards.

Affirmative Weld, is a pair of automotive LED auxiliary lights, mounted one on top of another, bonded together with superstrong double sided tape, i use them as day lights.
BTW those are not handguards, they are my rearview mirrors...

Modding it little by little, anyway my front fender just split in two, lost half of it in the highway, need to replace it...

Yes, I see now that it's a mirror. It's still cool.

I recommend that you try a supermoto fender; they don't grab the air as much.

I was reading these threads, I hear that this bulk rocks. Could you give me some more info about the bulb/headlight that I can get to make this work for my bike.. Those three links you sent me about the Baja headlight, will one of these bulbs fit into it?

Also my bike manual says this 12V 35W/35W
Will this be enough power to support that Baja headlight and that bulb?

I want to order my headlight and maybe that bulb if everyone is saying it kicks ass and its the best thing they have ever seen for night time riding.

Thanks Spud!

I just want to make 100% sure before I order.

Yes, this LED bulb will fit into the BD headlight, and your stator is producing enough power for it. However, you might not have enough space behind the headlight for the bulb to fit without hitting something.

Thanks for posting the links to the newer, M3C version of the bulb, Humanbeing. I'm glad to see the M3C version is now being sold at eBay and Taobao.

Lucien--off the subject a little bit; I was ran off the road on Saturday and have a broken shoulder and bruised ribs. I probably won't be making the Baja 1000 run in a few weeks, but still plan a trip across the border. What about San Felipe?
