Bike and engine identification
Hi guys
This is my first visit to this forum. I recently bought a small bike in South Africa. The branding here is MotoMia, although I've seen this same bike in the UK with the name Sukida. It's a 200cc pushrod engine. What I need to know is, exactly what engine is in this bike? I've read CD200 somewhere. Also, what tips do any of you have to silence those tappets a little. The bike only has 1400 km (870 miles) on the clock, so it's still new. I've set the clearances more than once, but the engine is only silent when cold. 5 minutes of riding and the noise is back. Assistance would be much appreciated. |

Welcome.
I have not seen that model before, but the engine is common. Pushrod workhorse. Please start a thread in the street bike section with how you have set the valves. The bike looks like a CB honda. I like it. Allen

I can see the suzuki now. Just that early eighties styling. I like it.

Welcome! The engine is definitely a CG200, which is based on the Honda CG125 that has been bored and stroked. Don't expect it to have a silent valve train, but do expect it to be very reliable. Nice bike.
