she s not looking bad at all, mate! good work!
the carbie looks like a keihin copy but i may be wrong. what sort and size of main jet do you have? does an oil breather fit below the carbie and the crankcase venthole? that would look neat.

Don't know what size the standard jets are, I've just adjusted the idle fuel mixture and it seems to be running fine for short trips are my area.
I've got a small filter that I'll try and fit up for the crankcase breather soon |

with that air filter you ll probably run lean at full throttle

lifting the needle one notch, ie moving the needleclip one down does make a difference, if you haven t done that.

That is a sweet looking little bike. If you're looking for more power, there's some hiding in that catalytic converter. Removing it would require larger jets.

stellio, i ve looked it up for my 233 engine before:
OHC motor, no pushrods. According to Honda dealer in Japan http://www.ride-inc.net/file/32/data.pdf MD33 (65.5mm x 66.2 mm) IN/EX = 0.1mm (0.004 inches) small problem was that the flywheel didn t have a TDC marking on it. maybe yours does have one. of course one can judge from the piston. but i eventually took the left case off, and made a marking for TDC on the flywheel.
