The Hi-Bird reached 1000 miles, still falling apart.

Got over a thousand on the QH200GY!
Still dropping pieces on the road!

Discovered one problem today.
One of my Engine mount bolt nuts was loose, just checked them a week ago and they were all tight!

Still having trouble getting parts.
Yes, I have contacted RPM, he's working on it.
Looks to me this is going to be a disposable motorcycle or a cobbled up mess.

Finally discovered what is making the 7000 R.P.M. vib! The front fender resonates LOUDLY at 7K! Took it off, added some new grommets and tightened it down, still does it. Any suggestions?

My main problem is that I have a regular washer on the rear axle, the original is kinda L shaped. Of course I have tried finding the right part top no avail. Going to try the Honda shop 2-morrow, see if they have anything close.

Sounds like you better throw it away and buy yourself a new $5999 dual sport bike.

Put it in a box, but don't throw it away! I can be there in an hour and a half to pick it up! (seriously!)

If you're already using loc tite... the only suggestion I have is to drill holes and use safety wire on everything.

It wouldn't be jarring nut and bolts loose if you didn't always kick it up to 200 M.P.H. to get around all those Jap rockets!!!!!!! Just teasing Sorry to hear you are having such troubles with your ride. :(
