Manual link: for 250cc china bike - looks like gio x31
Hi guys,
I was looking around for a manual for this new old xr200r I picked up and I came across this, it looks like the same bike as the gio x31 but its a Baja, maybe this would work for torque specs etc. for gio if no one ever had luck finding the manual for it. I'm not sure, maybe everyone has the gio manual but me I never thought about it before but maybe this will help someone. Thought id share it. Cheers http://www.bajamotorsports.com/syste...refix_LZX_.pdf

That looks a lot like the original Gio (X31 I think). The valve specs are a little tight for a CG, IMHO. I'd use 0.08mm / 0.003".

Valve specs as Weldangrind said/ Oil volume NOT mentioned/ Spark plug: Torch's # isn't correct /92 octane ... |

that engine looks like the lifan engine in my gio x31, which was obviously put in by the PO, maybe it will help me with my setup? I printed the manual and brought it home just in case.
